Stolen Gizmondo Tracked Via GPS

A Gizmondo game unit was stolen from the Gizmondo store in London. According to Stuff Magazine, Gizmondo was able to TRACK THE LOCATION of the device using its built-in GPS feature, and sent the crook a message via the device saying, "Message from Gizmondo: This device is being tracked. Please return it to the store." In other news, Gizmondo can track your location via GPS!

Damn that's a nice feature. There's really no point in ducking out of site, since there are so many tracking devices built into products these days.

it doesn't actually track you, they just used psycology on the idiot. what a fool that theif was. they only "said" he was being tracked when they actually couldn't, that would violate alot of privacy laws. ha ha ha what a dumbass.

NO. You CAN track it, you just need to use another seperate gizmondo to track the stolen one.

I've tested it, it shows all the other gizmondo units in the world through a GPS.
