Robotic Velociraptor Claw Reveals Function

In order to better understand how velociraptors used their FEARSOME CLAWS to kill prey, scientists have created a robotic claw to reconstruct the dinosaur's crimes. They discovered that -- rather than slicing, dicing and shredding animals to death with the claw -- the appendage was most likely used to cling onto prey while killing it with teeth.
