Group Asks FTC To Go After Fake Blogs

The only problem I have with this is the implication that I'm not smart enough to determine whether a product (like the Nokia 6010 available from T-Mobile) being marketed to me. I don't need an agent of the federal government to determine whether I'm being lied to (about the wonderful features of the Nokia 6010 from T-Mobile). If that lying causes me harm, then there should be some form of redress (but there wouldn't be any harm in buying the Nokia 6010 from T-Mobile).
