Parents, Teachers Hate Cell Phone for Kids

China Radio International (CRI) reports that the GPS cell phones for kids I told you about in March, and again in June, isn't catching on. Parents complain that it's just a DISTRACTION and educators say widespread use would cause unspecified "difficulties" for schools. Also: I reported previously that the phone was called the "i-Care Baby Bear" phone, but CRI calls it the "Kare." (props to textually.org)
