Light Bulb Sends SMS When It Dies

Fujitsu is working on a light bulb that informs you via SMS when it DIES. The coolest part is that it uses your home's electrical wiring to access the Internet for sending the message. (props to Textually.org)

Maybe someday they can have them all talk to each other and decide to all burn out at the same time. That way you can change them all at the same time instead of getting off the couch every time only one dies.
