'Electric Bullet' Gun Shockingly Long-Range

The United States Department of Homeland Security is considering the use of "electric bullet" guns, which are essentially tasers with a 150-FOOT RANGE.

A whole new meaning to the term "high-powered rifle".

Homeland Security? They mean you can fire these into a crowd and it will automatically target only those that threaten homeland security and not those exercising Constitutional rights?
