Russia Plans Floating Nuke Plants
Russia is planning nuclear power plants that FLOAT in the ocean. Oh, but don't worry. The Russian Federal Nuclear Energy Agency says it will be built strong enough and with sufficient safety precautions to prevent leaks and terrorist attacks (like their submarines and land-based nuke plants, I guess.)

The Russians have learned from Chernobyl and whatever that sub was named. They need water, and lots of it, around their nuclear reactors. If you can't bring the water to the reactor, bring the reactor to the water.
